Do Not Bury Me In Bolton

In ‘Do Not Bury Me in Bolton’, we meet Brenda, who after twenty-one years of contemplative celibacy finds herself unceremoniously expelled by a Mother Superior with all the Christian charity of a debt collector. Thrust into secular life in a shared flat, Brenda must master modern appliances, handle money, and navigate social relationships. At New Beginnings Rest Home, she develops a romantic relationship with Matt, a kind co-worker, while P.J. Maguire―sent by head office to rescue the facility―confronts dilapidated conditions, eccentric staff, and bureaucratic chaos. His interactions with Melina, the formidable but scatter-brained manager and her down on his luck husband Rudy Laffoon, create power struggles and reluctant cooperation.Author: Ferguson, Eugene, author Contributors: Ferguson, Eugene, author Binding: paperback Publication Date: Release Date: Languages: English,Published,English,Original Language Published/Release Date: 23 Jul 2026 Format: Paperback / softback Publisher/Studio/Brand: The Conrad Press Author/Director/Artist: Eugene Ferguson Dimension (cm): 198x129x16 mm Package Dimension (cm): 16x198x129 mm Item Weight (g): 500 Package Weight (g): 505
