The Lonely Coconut

High in a palm tree on a faraway tropical island, a coconut begins his journey inside a dark husk, hearing only the sounds of seabirds, the swaying of the tree, and the lapping of the ocean, until a stormy night sends him tumbling to the sand and out to sea where his long-awaited adventure begins. As he floats across the waves, he remembers the fates of coconuts before him, knocked down at a fairground, hung up as a bird feeder, even plucked bald by nesting birds, and wonders what destiny awaits him. From escaping a native's attempts to crack him open, to drifting past sharks, sailboats, and endless sunsets, the lonely coconut grows weary, until finally he washes ashore and is transformed into the star of a carnival. Cheered, celebrated, and crowned in joy, he finds his purpose at last. The Lonely Coconut is a heartwarming tale of adventure, resilience, and unexpected glory.Author: Alan Jones, author Contributors: Alan Jones, author Binding: paperback Publication Date: Release Date: Languages: English,Published,English,Original Language Published/Release Date: 28 May 2026 Format: Paperback / softback Publisher/Studio/Brand: Pegasus Elliot Mackenzie Publishers Author/Director/Artist: Alan Jones Dimension (cm): 5x216x216 mm Package Dimension (cm): 5x216x216 mm Item Weight (g): 104 Package Weight (g): 80
