Shipping policy

We have 3 days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our shipping takes between 4 - 6 days for UK, and 5 - 13 days for other countries and we will endeavour to get your items to you as fast as we can.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes, once you've placed your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email. If you still have not received a confirmation email after 3 days, please contact us info@centloop.com.

 
Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship across New Zealand, Australia, Canada, United States, UK, and Singapore.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We try and get your order out as soon as we can. This means there is only a small window of time where we can make any changes to your order before it is set aside for shipping.
